How is my EOSB settlement calculated in case of resignation?
I have resigned from my company.
How is the leave salary encashed on F & F settlement?
My salary structure is divided into 4 parts, Basic, HRA, Adhoc & Transport. As per my company rules, I am eligible for 2 months' leave after 24 months of service.
Will I be paid the Gross Salary minus Transport Allowance or only Basic in F& F Settlement?
I have completed 1.8 years in the company.

With ref to your question, please be informed that you are eligible for leave salary for 1.8 years (30 days for the 1st year of service).
You shall also be entitled to leave remuneration for the fractions of the year in proportion to the period thereof you spent at work (until the last day of work).
The Leave remuneration will be calculated on the basic salary.
