س: اسمي روي. أنا مواطن فيليبيني أعمل بالمنطقة الغربية من إمارة أبو ظبي كمعالج بالتدليك منذ شهرين. أعمل بعقد محدد المدة، وأريد أن أقدم استقالتي بسبب مناخ العمل غير الصحي بالشركة. الأمر يتلخص في أنني مررت بعدة تجارب سيئة مع الإدارة والعملاء، حيث أن أكثر العملاء يجبرونني على ارتكاب أفعال جنسية مشينة مثل تدليك أعضائهم التناسلية ولعقها وغير ذلك. لا أستطيع تحمل الأمر أكثر من ذلك وأريد أن أستقيل لأن العمل هنا مؤذٍ نفسيًا وعقليًا بالنسبة لي. كيف يمكنني المغادرة دون التعرض للعقوبة؟ مع العلم أن مديري ورئيس الشركة لم يسمحوا لي بالاستقالة ولا يفهمون ما أمر به من خوف وصدمة. أحتاج لمساعدتك.

س: سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة، انضممت إلى شركة في ديسمبر. كان مديري في إجازة لمدة شهرين ثم عاد. منذ عودته، أصبح يديرني بشكل دقيق ويسيء إلي لفظيًا، ويصرخ في وجهي في المكتب وأمام الآخرين. ويستمر في تهديدي بأنه عندما تنتهي الأشهر الستة، فإنه سيطردني لأنني لا أؤدي أعمالي كما يرى. لقد قمت بتوثيق/تسجيل يومياتي في كل مرة كان فيها مسيئًا وسجلت ما قاله. لدي سجل متابعة يومي لعملي وكل مهامي التي أعمل عليها. ما هي حقوقي القانونية؟ إنه مدير التسويق لمجموعة أكبر وتم تعييني كمورد مخصص للتعامل مع التسويق لإحدى الكيانات الأكبر.

س: أود تسجيل مكالمة لتقديمها للشرطة لأنهم يعترفون ويضحكون أثناء مناداتي بالأسماء والتلميح إلى أنني غير قادر على اتهامهم بشكل رسمي.

س: إذا كنت تعتقد أن جريمة أو احتيال يحدث ضدك وأنت تتحدث مع المجموعة التي تعتقد أنها قد ترتكب الاحتيال ضدك، فهل يمكنك تسجيل تلك المحادثة؟

Q: I am facing harassment and bullying at work from my superior, who also addresses me by a vulgar and indecent term. Even though he had made sexual advances towards me, I only have proof of his email, wherein he addresses me by this vulgar term. I informed another superior about this, who told me to take it easy or resign from the position. From the information I have collected, similar incidents have happened to others in the company, and when they complained, it took very long periods to reach a resolution, during which they went through severe mental trauma. The resolutions were often simply to move them to another department without taking any action against the harasser. Hence, I feel helpless as to how to proceed. I want to go to the police with the email evidence. However, I wonder if they would not consider the case, saying I should have complained to the company first. Kindly advise on a possible solution.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, A harassment case was filed at the police station at my request. The perpetrator is currently in custody based on the police's investigation. The police attempted to bring me to the station to resolve the issue between me and the perpetrator, but I was unable to attend due to time constraints as I had a scheduled flight back to my home country on the same day. I plan to return to Dubai within the same month and believe that the perpetrator's current detention will be sufficient punishment until my arrival. Question: Do I have the right to request reimbursement for my lost flight ticket and taxi expenses incurred while opening the case, as I intend to close the case upon my arrival before it is referred to the court?"
