س: مرحبا.
أنا أعمل مع عميل ولم تخبرني شركتي أثناء الالتحاق بالعمل أنه علي أن أعمل 6 أيام في الأسبوع، 5 أيام مع العميل ويوم في المكتب. يعمل عميلي 5 أيام فقط.
لم أقرأ خطاب العرض بالكامل أثناء التوقيع، حيث افترضت أن وقت المكتب سيكون هو نفسه وقت عمل العميل. أنا أعمل بعقد مدته 6 أشهر، ويجدد بصورة أساسية.
يطلبونني كل يوم سبت للقيام بالعمل من أجله فقط. لا أريد أن أفعل هذا. خُتمت تأشيرتي الآن بعد شهرين من العمل.
الرجاء مساعدتي، كيف يمكنني أن أوصل لهم رسالة بعدم طلبي للعمل يوم السبت؟ أو كيف يمكنني الحصول على مساعدة من مكتب العمل في هذه الحالة؟

أنا عامل في مغسلة ملابس في أبوظبي. عقدي محدد المدة بتاريخ (2022/2/10). ٨ ساعات عمل ويوم واحد إجازة في الأسبوع.
صاحب العمل لم يلتزم ببنود العقد ويشغلني كل يوم 10 ساعات و٥ ساعات إجازة فقط في الأسبوع ولا يعطيني أوفر تايم.
تحدثت معه بشأن إلغاء العقد فطلب نصف ثمن الإقامة، وقد أخذ مني جواز السفر.

س: مرحبًا،
لقد كنت أعمل لدى إحدى الشركات التابعة لمركز دبي للسلع المتعددة وكان آخر يوم عمل لي في 31 ديسمبر 2019. لقد وقّعت على استلام مستحقات نهاية الخدمة قبل أسبوع واحد من التاريخ المذكور حيث اضطررت إلى مغادرة البلاد.
بعد ذلك طلبوا مني مواصلة العمل معهم حتى نهاية شهر فبراير 2020 عن بُعد من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لأنهم لم يجدوا بديلاً لي ووافقت على مساعدتهم (لدي رسائل بريد إلكتروني تُثبت ذلك).
عندما طلبت منهم إبرام عقد، أخبروني أن هذا الأمر ليس ضروريًا، وأننا سنواصل العمل بنفس العقد وأنهم سيدفعون لي بعدما يعتمد مديري في العمل ساعات العمل الإضافية وقد اعتمد مديري بالفعل كافة ساعات العمل (لدي رسائل بريد إلكتروني تُثبت ذلك).
في الوقت الحالي تواجه الشركة مشكلة مالية ولم يدفعوا لي مقابل العمل في الأسبوع الأخير من شهر ديسمبر 2019 بالإضافة إلى شهري يناير وفبراير 2020، ويطلبون مني دائمًا الانتظار حتى يحصلوا على بعض المال ثم بعد ذلك سيقومون بالدفع لي.
حتى الآن، لا تزال لدي علاقات جيدة معهم، لكن المشكلة أنني أعتقد أن الشركة لن تتمكن من استعادة وضعها المالي حيث أن معظم الموظفين بما في ذلك مديري قد رفعوا قضايا ضد الشركة واستقالوا منها لأنها لا تدفع لهم.

I visited a salon for a colouring treatment, during which two rounds of bleach, which is not what I booked in for, were given to me without proper approvals, and were applied back-to-back without a strand test or proper consultation.
As a result, I’ve been experiencing extreme hair breakage, daily hair loss, and ongoing scalp irritation. This has been especially distressing as I’m currently pregnant.
It’s now been over 20 days since the incident, and despite multiple polite follow-ups, the salon has ignored all communication.
I’m now exploring legal action to pursue compensation for the physical and emotional distress caused. I have full documentation, messages, and photos.
Any guidance on the best next steps or legal routes I can take would be greatly appreciated.

Or is the employee only eligible for leave payment after the probation period?

Hello,
I want to create a legal case against my mobile app developers who sabotaged my business and mobile apps, failed to deliver a good product, and, despite that, had the audacity to ask for a bonus.
When I refused, they deleted my websites twice (two different projects and sites, with months between each incident). I want to pursue legal action with someone experienced in technology-related cases. The developers are freelancers hired via an online marketplace for freelancers (Upwork).
Everything is legally documented, including WhatsApp messages clearly showing evidence of their sabotage, as well as some logs from GoDaddy related to the web and app development.

السلام عليكم،
أعمل في شركة في العين مند ثلاث سنوات ونصف "منها سنة وعشرة أشهر إقامة تابعة للشركة" وما تبقى كنت أعمل بالإعارة من شركة أخرى. راتبي في عقد العمل 500 درهم ولكن راتبي الفعلي 2500 درهم.
هل يحق لي المطالبة قانونًا على حسب الراتب الفعلي؟
وهل فترة العمل بالإعارة تدخل ضمن أيام المستحقات؟
علمًا بأنني أستلم راتبي بشكل مباشر بإيصال قبض من الشركة، وراتب العقد (500) أستلمه بنكيًا أو عبر فروع الأنصاري.

My employer (Federal) signed a 3-year contract with me. They have now given me 3 months' notice, ending my contract in May rather than August, saying that my contract was not renewed.
There was no reason given for my non-renewal. My evaluations have been consistently excellent. Further, they are now demanding 3 months of housing allowance be repaid. Is this legal?

My wife got her maternity leave after she gave birth prematurely. Can her company pay her only half a salary? 0

My husband sold the house we bought jointlyand took a cheque plus 1-year instalments from me. What can I do? 0
Hi,
I am a non-Muslim indian expatriate, residing in Dubai since 2015. The first 5 years, I was on a working visa, and after the delivery of my first baby, I left my job and became dependent on my husband.
In 2018, we bought a house together where I invested AED 2 hundred thousand from my income (I have proof in the form of a cheque). I also paid AED 3300 monthly installment for 1 year, for a personal loan taken out for the house.
But in spite of my resistance, my husband tactfully put the house in his name, so the title deed was in his name. In 2024, when my kids and I were in India for vacation, he cancelled our visas and residency. He also filed for a divorce in India.
The divorce is not yet finalised, and we are still married. Since August 2024, he hasn't let me access my house in Dubai, so I filed a case, which eventually went in my favor in January 2025.
Since I used to travel on a visit visa, I left for India and returned in March, to find out that my husband had already sold the house. The new owner is residing there.
What can I do now?
