في حالة فرض المنع من السفر في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بسبب قرض مصرفي غير مسدد، هل يمكن لشخص ما السفر بحرية إلى دول أخرى مثل أستراليا وكندا والمملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؟
وما هي العواقب المترتبة على فرض المنع من السفر في دولة الإمارات؟

Checking a possible travel ban in the UAE and GCC
Q: Property under dispute: 1BHk, Legrand Chateau, JVC.
Original value purchased in 2008: AED 1.3M.
Loan amount, ADCB: AED 900,000
Downpayment made: AED 450,000 including all transfer and bank fees.
In 2009-2010, the rental agreement and PoA were handed to the bank, since we were leaving the UAE. Mr.Vald, a Russian tenant, started defaulting on the rent after 3/4 of the year.
We told the bank, you use the PoA in your power, and we look for an alternative tenant from India. We could not come as we have just restarted our career here.
In 2010-12, the tenant has stayed free as the bank has not used the PoA to renew the rental agreement. In 2012, the bank put a Dubai Court seal on the flat.
6 months later in 2012 end onwards, the bank has deployed some other tenant started collecting rent on our behalf. Now, it's not incorporating the rental income in the outstanding (AED 792,000D).
The annual rent then was AED 55k. An email sent by bank mentions potential travel ban. We want to know if this is valid already and inclusive of GCC, as we need to travel in the next 2 days.
Can we get a status update on this?

The employment contract is set to conclude on 31st May 2025. The employee initiated discussions regarding a salary increment approximately 30 days prior, during which the management engaged in meetings with the employee but ultimately decided to maintain the current salary.
The employee subsequently chose not to renew or continue the employment, this decision having been finalized in a meeting held on 20th May 2025.
How does the notice period apply in this context?
Specifically:
1) Would the grace period (30 days after the contract/visa ends) be considered as fulfilling the notice period requirement?
2) Is the employee entitled to request a different salary during this grace or notice period?

My husband has been threatening that he will take my 2-year-old daughter to Pakistan and leave her there with his family.
He has said this several times and has confirmed to my dad that he will be taking my daughter in the coming few weeks. We are both on his sponsorship.
What are my rights in the UAE? Can my husband travel with a minor without the mother's consent? How can I stop him from taking my daughter to Pakistan? Do I have any legal standing if I am under his sponsorship?

Tenant demanding more than RDC verdict. Must I pay before the execution file is issued?
Good day,
I am a landlord, and my tenant filed a case with the RDC. The verdict was in his favor, and I am to pay the financial claim, which is the fees and expenses of the case.
The tenant asked for a specific amount, which is higher than the official receipt that the RDC provided. So, I have paid that exact amount directly to the tenant.
Naturally, the tenant asked for more. May I ask for guidance regarding the procedure?
It has not been 15 days since the verdict, so I have been told by the RDC that the case is not final, and I must wait for the execution file to determine the exact amount.
While I am happy to wait for that, my tenant has been threatening to open an execution file if I do not pay before the 15th day. She mentioned a travel ban as well. I feel lost and uncomfortable with the situation.
Please help me understand the procedure.

Respected Advisors,
I have been involved in a few criminal cases since 2017, but all of them were cleared by this year. I have obtained release letters for all the cases from the public prosecution office through an online portal.
Recently, I also received my residence visa. After the visa process was completed, I applied for a PCC online. However, the request was rejected.
I contacted the 901 office, and they advised me to visit the CID. I arranged for a power of attorney to be granted along with all the necessary documents to update the system.
Twice I was told to come in person, but I am hesitant to do so because of my previous negative experience.
Could someone please advise me whether I must go in person or if the person holding the power of attorney can handle the process?

How can the heirs of a deceased person distribute his shares if there is a minor?
My father died recently. We are Muslim residents in Dubai. I have siblings including a minor who is 16 years old. My father has land and vehicles under his name.
If I am applying for inheritance, does the minor need to have a share in ALL the properties and vehicles or can she be given a particular property/vehicle?
Secondly, if we want the land to be in her name, and she manages it (like renting and bank), does it require an adult?
Can the vehicles be transferred to someone else’s name without including her?

لقد أغلق جميع حساباته المصرفية وأرسل الأموال إلى والديه في الهند. كما أخبرني أنه سيثبت في المحكمة أنه ليس لديه وظيفة أو مال، وبالتالي لا تستطيع المحكمة أو الشرطة فعل أي شيء له.

Can I travel to Qatar if a collection agency told me I have a travel ban for an unpaid loan?
Salam,
I received an email from a company in the UAE - which is a collection agency - informing me that I had a travel ban and arrest warrant issued in the UAE for an unpaid loan a week ago.
I currently live in the US. I have sent them many emails asking them how can I pay or make installments to settle this amount of 332,430 dirhams. I am currently working with them and trying to resolve the issue.
My question is I would like to know if I travel for 5 days to Doha, Qatar in May, will I be detained or I will be ok?
I don’t believe so I just want to be sure because I will be with my family.

He got a loan from a bank and they filed a civil case. We also came to know he has a standing warrant of arrest.
