مرحبًا، طاب مساؤكم! صديقتي عاملة نظافة في شركة تنظيف وتريد الآن الاستقالة وفق إخطار مدته 30 يومًا. لم تكمل العقد المحدد بعامين؛ إذ عملت 16 شهرًا فقط. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لم تأخذ أي إجازة. الأمر المحزن أنها عندما وقعت على خطاب عرض العمل، لم تحصل على نسخة منه وإنما وقّعت عليه فحسب. سأكون ممتنًا جدًا إذا أفدتموني بشأن ما إذا كان عليها دفع أموال أو ما إذا كان لمديرها الحق في رفض الاستقالة إذا كانت فترة الإخطار المذكورة في خطاب عرض العمل أكثر من شهر. لم يقدم لها مديرها أي نوع من الإثباتات التي يمكنها استخدامها في المستقبل إذا حدث أي شيء.

السلام عليكم، هل يحق للبنك في إمارة دبي أن يرفع دعوى جنائية أو مدنية ضد عميل لم يسدد مبالغ الفائدة بل سدد فقط المبالغ التي قدمها البنك أصليًا (مبلغ القرض فقط)؟ منحه البنك بطاقة ائتمانية بحجة أنه "قرض حسن بدون فوائد"، وبعدما استخدم العميل البطاقة الائتمانية بفترة زمنية قصيرة وفجأةً تم إرسال رسالة إلى العميل تفيد بأن هناك مبالغ متراكمة بسبب الفائدة البنكية بقيمة ٤٠٪؜ من القرض الأساس المُقدم إليه. علمًا بأنه تم تزويد العميل بالبطاقة الائتمانية عن طريق البريد السريع لعنوان منزله بدون طلب رسمي من العميل بذلك، بالإضافة إلى أنه لا يوجد أي من المستندات التالية بين البنك والعميل: ١- عقد. ٢- اتفاقية. ٣- شيكات كضمان. ٤- سند أو شريعة أو قبول خطي أو غير خطي أو توثيق يتضمن أي توقيع من الأطراف؛ بمعنى آخر، لا يوجد أي اتفاق على الإطلاق. العميل سدد المبالغ التي استخدمها ورفض دفع مبالغ الفائدة البنكية المضافة سالفة الذكر. الرجاء الإفادة ولكم جزيل الشكر!

My family and I had an accident. The incident occurred the very next day of their arrival in the UAE on a residence entry permit and their visa//health insurance was still in process. With gods grace, everyone was discharged from the hospital on the 3rd day after many tests and keeping us under observation. We received a cheque which has now bounced. We have tried for over a month and a half now to get a new cheque from the person, and every day he says the next day. We need the money now. We have been to the police station, and they said they can not do anything as the reason the cheque bounced is "Insufficient funds." Hello I joined my new company on February 26, 2025. Upon joining the new company, I asked HR if it was free to join the company, and she said yes.
