س: السادة الأعزاء، رفعتُ دعوى عمالية ضد صاحب العمل لعدم دفع راتبي في موعده. صدر حكم المحكمة في 28 نوفمبر 2022، ثم في ديسمبر 2022 تقدمتُ بطلب تنفيذ الحكم. في 3 يناير 2023، دفعت شركتي مستحقاتي للمحكمة، وحتى اليوم (11 فبراير 2023)، مرّ ما يقرب من 45 يومًا ولم أحصل على مستحقاتي من المحكمة. لا أعرف إن كانت شركتي قد دفعت مستحقاتي للمحكمة، فلماذا تستغرق محكمة دبي 45 يومًا لتسلمني مستحقاتي؟ لا أفهم! ليس لديّ مالٌ للطعام أيضًا، وفي 30 يناير 2023، طردني مدير شركتي من سكن الشركة. سؤالي: إذا لم أحصل على مستحقاتي، فكيف يطردونني من السكن؟ أين أعيش وأنا خلال الأشهر الثمانية الماضية بدون راتب، والآن يطردونني من السكن؟ هذا ليس جيدًا للعمال. على الحكومة أن تفهم أنه إذا لم يحصل العامل على راتبه في موعده ورفع دعوى واستغرق الأمر 8 أشهر لحل القضية، فكيف يمكن للعامل البقاء على قيد الحياة لمدة 8 أشهر والآن بدون سكن؟

Q: Hi. The court ruled on my labor case AED 12900 on 27 Dec 2023. On 11 Jan 2024 after the Final Ruling, I filed to enforced execution. My employer has deposited 10900 holding 2000. Every time I visit Al Adheed Center they use to say It's under process or I have to refile paying AED 30. Still, I haven't received any amount until now. What should I do to get the amount?

Q: After the Dubai labor court verdict how long one must wait to get money from the company? I have not heard anything after the verdict from my lawyer neither the company nor the government. Should I keep quiet on the assurance from the lawyer with only two words? Nothing yet. How long does an employer hold the payment from the Dubai Courts? Is there any time limit? If not, the court and I are both waiting for my employer's action.

Q: I have an ongoing labor case which is currently in the execution phase and the court has already received the pending amount. The final judgment came on May 3rd, so I want to understand when can I expect to get the amount and how long I am eligible to stay in UAE. I am still on my employer's visa. What if I cancel the visa, is there any grace period in this situation or that would have been exhausted by now?

Q: Dear Lawyers, Kindly assist please, 1. I got a favorable judgment against my employer after completing my contract without renewal. I executed and they refused to pay after Dubai Court served them notice. I made the block request which was confirmed by Al Adheed, however, the company still won’t pay (But the company pays workers' salaries in between which I can confirm).
