How can I claim the remaining amount of labor judgement from the court?
Hi.
The court ruled on my labor case AED 12900 on 27 Dec 2023. On 11 Jan 2024 after the Final Ruling, I filed to enforced execution.
My employer has deposited 10900 holding 2000. Every time I visit Al Adheed Center they use to say It's under process or I have to refile paying AED 30.
Still, I haven't received any amount until now.
What should I do to get the amount?

Once the respondent settles the outstanding amount, you are required to file a withdrawal request for the payment.
The withdrawal process does have a timeframe, and should it be delayed by a week following the submission of the request, you have the option to expedite the process by seeking assistance from the Execution Court in Al-Aweer.
Concerning the deducted sum, you have the right to petition the judge to proceed with the execution due to the respondent's failure to pay the complete amount.
Subsequently, you can initiate inquiries and take legal action to seize assets and properties owned by the respondent.
