They said it is different from the offer and deposit you do prior to renewal, where you wait 5 days. With this type of offer and deposit, you can hand over the cheque to RDC. Please advise.

Good day, I would like to seek clarification regarding the possibility of obtaining a new labour contract in Dubai while a travel ban is in place. 1. If a person currently has a travel ban, is it possible for them to obtain a new labour contract when starting a new job? 2. Can the hiring company apply for a new labour contract even if the candidate has a travel ban? 3. Will the new company be notified or become aware of the travel ban once they submit the labour contract application? For context, the candidate was previously on a spouse visa, which was successfully renewed despite the travel ban. Your guidance on this matter will be highly appreciated.
