What's included

• Document review (1 hour). The lawyer will review your contract and related documents. 
• Advice session (1 hour). Based on the review of your documents, the lawyer will give you answers and advice needed. The consultation can be in the form of a personal or online meeting.
• Privacy. All documents you share and everything you discuss with your lawyer is protected by attorney-client privilege.

What's not included

• Reviewing documents for more than one hour. The lawyer will not spend more than one hour for reviewing your documents. In most cases, one hour is enough to review a standard tenancy contract or not a too extensive sale and purchase agreement. In any case, the lawyer will go through the submitted documents and will do their best to provide you with advice based on the results of such review.
• Translation of documents, long-distance telephone calls and faxes, couriers and postage, collections and deliveries.
• Any additional advice or work by the lawyer beyond those mentioned above.

Most people get the answers they need regarding their real property related issues during the advice session. But if your case requires additional work – for example, your contract is too long or complicated to be reviewed within one hour – you can talk to the lawyer about hiring them for extra work.
