What can I do if I cannot get the amount claimed in real estate execution?
Q: I have a real estate property case, the project is incomplete and has passed the grace period. I filed a court case and won and after 30 days filed an execution. However, I have not received the funds. I applied for so many requests on the court portal for execution and getting the funds from the developer escrow account but keeps getting rejected. Just want to know what request I am supposed to apply for, maybe I have been raising the wrong ones. I called DLD and they said they need the court to instruct them to release the amount. How can I get my labor rights if I have to leave to my home country?
Q: My salary has been deducted by the management. I understand that I can complain to MoHRE and go to court but I know the process could take 6-18 months in court. My queries: 1) My visa and contract are expiring.
