What can I do if I cannot get the amount claimed in real estate execution?
I have a real estate property case, the project is incomplete and has passed the grace period. I filed a court case and won and after 30 days filed an execution.
However, I have not received the funds. I applied for so many requests on the court portal for execution and getting the funds from the developer escrow account but keeps getting rejected.
Just want to know what request I am supposed to apply for, maybe I have been raising the wrong ones. I called DLD and they said they need the court to instruct them to release the amount.
So what do I apply for online to have the court approve it?

Please note that you have to apply to the court to release the funds from the escrow account.
If the court orders the escrow account to be released as per the court order, then it can be done.

I believe yes, it's not allowed to attach the escrow account.
You need to proceed against unsold units, trade licenses, premises, other assets, vehicles... etc.
