Q: Hello madam, Good afternoon! Currently, I am working and living in Ras al Khaimah, in an interior cleaning company under 2 years contract. I started working under this company on October 9th 2019. I was on a visit visa at that time and the same date was on the offer letter given to me by the company. They delayed applying for my work visa and the labour card. They applied for my work visa and labour card on 6th January 2020 and now they are saying that I have to work as per my labour card which is expiring on Jan 5, 2022. But as per my offer letter, my 2 years contract has already finished. Please advise me what I can do.
