To get assets transferred in the name of the legal heirs of the deceased, you need to file a case in the Personal Status Court for Inheritance Certificate, subsequent to which, a letter should be issued to the Economic Department allowing the transfer of shares to the legal heir's name.

Hello,

You have to place the request to the court for succession certificate, with the death certificate for your father.

After the court issues that court order, you have to present it to the bank as being the successor.
