Q: I am in India right now and I wanted to cancel my work visa in the UAE but my employer is not willing to cancel it. If I stay more than 6 months, will my visa be canceled automatically? After that, will I face any problems coming back to find a new work or when I get a new visa?

Exactly on November 14th, the day my visit visa expired, the HR manager fired me from the job because my performance was not good enough. It`s been exactly one month since I signed the offer letter. I`m waiting for the job visa and I trusted them but they fired me before my visa expired. They gave me part of my salary for the 12 days I worked. Because of their mistake, I am absconding now.
