Removing blacklist in the UAE for old credit card case

Q: Dear lawyers I am from the Republic of Korea (Usually say South Korea). As my experience, I didn`t have any difficulty and/or limitation for normal visiting and travelling to the UAE without particular visa till recent (Not for working). But as I knew my name is still on the blacklist against the processing of working visa with a record of credit card fee payment delay even all payment had completed and closed that case. (I had worked as a chef during certain years a long time ago). Can you delete my name from the blacklist for my potential working visa processing? If possible, how much do I need to pay for lawyer fee and expected processing period? Please let me know for my next follow up. Thank you. Regards C. J.

Initiating legal action for termination without any reason

Q: Termination without Notice Period I`m working in a company for over 7 months, and my probation period is finished. I have an unlimited contract. In my offer letter and also in my contract, there is a 3 months notice period but they suddenly terminated me without any reason. Should I get 3 months salary if go for legal action? Could you please explain the procedure to move legally? And how much time will it take for the legal action and get the benefits?

Q: Dear, I am a resident of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh city, from Pakistan. The first time I applied online for a UAE entry permit (Short Touring Visa) and got rejected. But in the MOL contract, I signed that was not there and I had hoped to receive my salary always. Q: Hello, I am currently employed at a Private British School under an unlimited contract. I was informed in March that there is not a job position for me in the next academic year and therefore I have been made redundant, however, I am to complete my contract up until August 2019. The deputy head asked me to hand in a letter of resignation to which I refused as I am not the one who wants to leave my employment. Checking status after leaving Dubai with credit card outstanding

Q: I was a resident of Dubai around 10 years back, and during that time I had some credit card balances which I am paying monthly. Not in every month. I want to settle the debt, but before starting a negotiation with the bank I would like to know if there is a police case against me. Is it a good idea to try and apply for the police good conduct certificate? If there is any case, how will the certificate look like? Will I get the case details on the certificate or no certificate at all? Also, during that time I did not have any Emirates ID. Can I apply even without the Emirates ID?

Consequences of defaulting on paying loan installments

Q: Dear Sir, Need your advice. I took a loan of AED 64000 more than a year back and currently the outstanding amount is AED 51000, but as I don`t have a job now, I am unable to pay the rest. As I know from 2019, there is no imprisonment or criminal case, but if the bank files a civil case against me the fine will be around AED 5000 imposed upon me by the court. Currently, even I don`t have a single penny and I am struggling for daily expenses. Kindly let me know how much time will the court give me to pay the AED 5000 fine. Possibility of reducing the notice period upon resignation

Q: I am planning to resign from my current company in the UAE where I have worked for 6 years. My employment contract currently states that a notice period of 3 months is required. I would like to request that this be reduced to 1 month. Note that I got a job offer outside the UAE.
