Thanks for contacting.

Since your salary is pending for more than four months, you can make a complaint to the ministry of labour if you are not employed in a free zone company.

And if your visa is in a free zone, you can complain to the authority in the free zone regarding this and you can resign from the company for the same reason.

And once you file the labour case, you can work with the new company by obtaining a temporary work permit from the labour department.
