Legal way to ban the wife from travelling to another country
Q: I am from Nepal. My wife and I are here in Dubai working for different companies. Now I know my wife is going to travel from the UAE to another country but I want to go to home country Nepal. We both have a joint bank account and we send all money to that account so I don`t have any money with me. I requested her to go to Nepal together divide the money equal but she doesn`t want to go. I really want to make for her travel ban from the UAE to other countries but not the home country. Can I do it or not? Her passport under my name is showing I am her husband. Please advise me. استرداد العربون بسبب مخالفة بنود العقد لاتفاق المشتري والمطور
س: دفعت مبلغ حجز لمطوِّر قبل توقيع أي عقود رسمية لشقة، عند معاينة شقة العرض للمشروع قام البائع بإبلاغنا بأن رسوم الخدمات ١٤ درهم وبأن الشقة سيتم تسليمها بنفس تفاصيل تشطيبات شقة العرض وأن العقد غير جاهز حاليًا وسيتم تجهيزه بعد يومين. تم هذا كله أمام أحد الوسطاء العقاريين الرسميين، وعند طباعة العقود تبين أن رسوم الخدمات ١٧.٥ إلى ١٨ درهم والتفاصيل التي ذكرها البائع بشأن بعض التشطيبات كما بشقة العرض غير مذكورة بالعقد، وعند العودة الى البائع تردد وأنكر وبعد مخاطبة شركته، لم يتعاونوا معي أبدًا ولم يُعيدوا مبلغ الحجز. كيف يمكنني استرجاع المبلغ علمًا بأنه يوجد لدي فقط وصل مختوم بالمبلغ المدفوع وشهادة شركة الوساطة العقارية؟ Questions & Answers

Is the employee liable to pay visa costs for resigning in probation?
Q: I am under unlimited contract and still on my probation period. I work in a free zone area as well. In the contract, it says if I resign under 1 year, I have to bear the cost of the visa, airfare, visa cancellation...etc. What if I resign just after 6 months and render a 30 day notice period, how would I know how much will I pay? إتمام سداد أقساط الشقة وتوقيع واستلام نسخة العقد النهائي من خارج البلاد
س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، أنا مسافرة خارج بلدي وعندي موعد تسديد قسط لشقتي بموجب إيصال أمانة لدى البائع. ونظرًا للظروف الحالية وانتشار الفيروس وإغلاق جميع المجالات الجوية والطيران، لن أستطيع النزول لبلدي وسداد آخر قسط لصاحب الشقة وخصوصًا أن الشقة باسمي ولابد من وجودي وإمضائي على نسختي العقد النهائي. أخشى إن أخرت سداد القسط عن موعده المحدد أن يؤذيني البائع بأي شكل وخاصة أنه بيننا وبينه مشاكل قديمة وخلافات حول اتحاد الملاك. ما الحل القانوني الأمثل لسداد الدين وحفظ حقي واستلام إيصال الأمانة ونسخة العقد النهائي؟ أرجو التكرُّم بإفادتي! شكرًا مقدمًا! Q: Hello, I would like to ask you a few questions regarding my resignation. I started to work as a filing clerk in a company in Dubai from 2nd Nov. 2019. I am in my probation period now (6 months). Deducting housing allowance from end of service gratuity upon resignation
Q: I have resigned from my current job and my last day is May 9th after a notice period of 2 months. I was employed for 4 years. My employer has paid me a full year housing allowance and would like to deduct the remaining months from my end of service. Is this allowed? I have not been made aware that the amount would be deducted in case I resign. Also, I am entitled to 30 days of leave per year. Since I have resigned, they have applied a pro-rata for this year for the end of service calculation. Is this allowed? Shouldn`t I be compensated for the 30 days that I have not taken? Thank you!
