Getting a clean PCC for immigration with active cases

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am applying for Canadian immigration and require a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). I am currently outside of the UAE and had applied online for the PCC, but it was canceled, possibly due to some active cases against me. Could you please suggest what I should do to obtain a police clearance certificate? Currently, I am not in a good financial position to pay off any fines. There are two open cases against me, which I believe total around 70k AED. How much would be the minimum fine that I need to pay to obtain a clean police clearance certificate for immigration purposes?

Blacklisted in Dubai: How to lift the travel ban to get an employment visa?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently in Dubai on a visit visa and have been searching for a job for the past eight months. Recently, I found out that a bank has filed a civil case against me due to a bounced check, which has resulted in a travel ban and blacklisting. Because of the blacklisting, I am unable to obtain an employment visa, and this is not helping both myself and the bank in terms of repaying the outstanding amount. Is there any way to remove the blacklisting so that I can obtain an employment visa and start repaying the outstanding amount in installments? Thanks!

Q: I received a legal notice as I owed money to a friend. During corona, and for the last 2 years, I don`t have a stable job, not receiving a salary on time. I requested for amicable settlement as they requested to pay back the money (AED 25K) in 5 days, that`s the reason I explained and attached a financial statement to prove that I am not receiving a fixed but a late salary from my previous company. Q: Hi, Please advise the below issue with the bank. I lost my job last 2018, and due to this, I`m not able to pay my monthly dues to the bank. I visited the bank to discuss that I have insurance for my credit card. But the bank denied that insurance and said to me that I should apply for that insurance after my company finishes my work contract. It takes me 3 months before I visit the bank to apply for the insurance. The bank sued me in a civil case. I paid the amount to the police. But the bank still forces me to pay the pending amount. I manage to pay per month since Sept 2019 and until Dec 2022. Again I lost my work last Dec 2022. I`m not able to pay now the monthly dues that the bank required. Kindly help and advise, please.
