How can I renew my tenancy agreement if the landlord is not responding?

Q: Hello Mr. Abdul I`m looking for some advice on my situation with tenancy renewal. My apartment is in JVC. My current contract (40K) is with a real estate company and it is expiring on 31 Aug`23. I received a notification from the real estate company in May`23 about a renewal notice with a new cost (44k). I confirmed the renewal by email and they accepted it. Later in Jun`23, I got a notice saying that the flat is sold to an individual and I have to deal with him now. I tried contacting both the new owner and real estate company for the renewal confirmation and even after multiple follow-ups, there is no confirmation received on my renewal. I`m worried that the new owner comes back to me asking to leave because the contract is expired on 31st Aug or he comes back and say the new rent is not 44K and it is more or something. Please help me with what should I do in this situation and highly appreciate your advice.

How can I claim unpaid salary and unused leave days held by employer after resignation?

Q: I joined an organization on 22nd March and decided to resign on 14 July with the intention to stay in the country and apply for another job. Based on the UAE labor law, I gave a notice period of one month. However, I was asked to work for 14 days from 14 July which means my last day will be 27th July. They are not ready to pay me for the rest of my notice period which I am happy to work through. I also accrued 8 days of annual leave during this period, as I haven`t utilized it. Q: My Dubai Police Clearance Certificate was canceled. I do not have any financial issues with the bank or company. I used my Emirates ID which expired in 2017. Now they are not telling me the reason for the PCC cancellation.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I was working with a company in Abu Dhabi. My visa was canceled on 26-10-2022 and my grace period expired on 26-12-2023. I could not depart the country due to an active case against me. I cleared the court-imposed fine on 26-01-2023 and received a clearance letter. Then I approached immigration to pay my overstay fine to exit the country. But the immigration officer advised me to clear my absconding with the employer first then go to pay or reduce the overstay fines which I`m completely not aware of. Then I approached my employer to give me a NOC or lift the absconding case against me and I agreed to pay any associated charges. But my ex-employer refused to clear my absconding case and told me that they can`t do anything in this matter and were advised to take out a pass to exit the country. Q: I have a friend who overstayed for 6 years. She ran away due to her rude employer who did not have her food and hurt her. So she ran away. He filed an absconding case against her and asked for an amount of 9k the total cost of her visa. She had no money at the time they encountered him at the police. س: السلام عليكم، أنا مستأجر في دبي. المالك القديم باع الوحدة لمالك جديد وكان هناك شيك مستحق قبل إتمام عملية البيع بخمسة عشر يومًا ولم يصرفه المالك القديم. تلقيت رسالة علي الواتساب من رقم غريب يقول أنا المالك الجديد للعقار ويُرجَى تبديل الشيكات. لم أجب حتى أتأكد من جدية الرسالة. بعد يومين وجدت إنذارًا عدليًا للإخلاء لعدم سداد الإيجار. تواصلت مع نفس الرقم ولكن لا توجد إجابة، وأرسلت رسائل لإعلامه باستعدادي لدفع المبلغ الأول نقدًا وإعطاء الشيك الآخر باسمه، ولكن لا يوجد رد. انتهت مدة الإنذار. ما موقفي القانوني الآن؟
