س: السلام عليكم، تحية طيبة وبعد، صدر أمر حبس على المنفَّذ ضده من قبل المحكمة المدنية للتنفيذ، ولكن لا يزال المنفَّذ ضده مطمئنًا في داره وفي كل مكان يذهب إليه لكونه يعلم جيدًا أن الشرطة لن تقبض عليه إلا في حال سفره أو ارتكابه جناية. سؤالي: ماذا أفعل؟ وما الطلب الواجب تقديمه للقاضي لكي يُقبَض على المنفَّذ ضده جبرًا وفي منزله مثلاً حتى يتم إرجاع المبلغ المنفَّذ به في أسرع وقت؟ مع التقدير!
