س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، كنت فى الإمارات منذ 5 سنوات وصدر ضدي إبعاد ولكن لا أعرف مدته، حيث تقدم كفيلي ببلاغ ضدي بسبب العمل لدى كفيل آخر. عدت إلى مصر بعد أن سُجنت لمدة شهرين وصدر ضدي إبعاد، ومنذ 3 أشهر تقدمت للحصول على زيارة ورُفضت. ما الحل؟ أريد أن أعرف مدة الإبعاد؟ وهل هو قائم بالفعل أم لا؟ أرجو الإفادة!

Procedures for receiving passport from the court

Q: My company PRO consulted somebody for permission to run the plant on a generator set. The person he consulted brought permission from the municipality. I showed the document to SEWA people to allow us to run the plant on the generator, which they denied. I reported the same to the municipality where they found that the document was forged. The municipality reported the case to the police. I have submitted the statement and given all the details of the persons involved in that. The police called later and asked me to report to the police station in Sharjah with my passport. There again they have taken my statement and passport. Currently, the culprits who were involved in making duplicate document are in jail and my passport is still with the court. Kindly guide me on how I can have my passport released from the court. س: لقد ارتكبت جنحة سرقة وتم عمل محضر سرقة في السوبر ماركت وتم حل النزاع ما بين الطرفين ودفعت (٣٠٠) جنيهاً وأُخذت صورة من البطاقة الشخصية ووقعت على ورقة المحضر. حدث هذا في السوبر ماركت وليس في قسم الشرطة، مع العلم أنه تم تهديدي وإنذاري مسبقاً أنه إن لم أدفع ال (٣٠٠) جنيهاً فسوف نذهب إلى القسم، ولكن تم دفعها في النهاية. السؤال هنا: هل ستظهر هذه الجنحة في الفيش والتشبيه؟ وسؤال آخر: هل هذا المحضر الذي تم عمله سيرسل إلى الشرطة لاحقاً ويتم التبليغ عنه؟

Q: Hello there, I was working for a company in Jebel Ali Free Zone since 2011 as a senior sales manager. I was asked to resign due to the company not performing well. I resigned. Now, after 3 months I have a job offer in another Jebel Ali free zone company. I had signed a standard JAFZA non compete agreement in 2011. I have told my former employer through emails where I am joining and I have received no objection from them verbally and a firm no objection through SMS from the signatory authority of the company. They are dodging giving the letter. Will it be a problem for me in the future?

Q: Hi, I am now in the UAE. My employer has already processed my working visa. I have my emirates ID card with me from my employer. The problem is I have been waiting for 4 months for my date of joining, called the HR many times but they cannot give me a clear answer. Anything I can do?
