س: تحية طيبة، لدي قطعة أرض مشتركة غير مفروزة متنازع على ملكيتها بسبب وكالات دورية متضاربة وأنا صاحب الوكالة الدورية الأولى. لضمان عدم تصرف الخصم، تم التقدم بطلب حجز على الأرض. السؤال هل تحجز المحكمة على كل حصص الأرض أم في حدود الحصص المتنازع عليها؟ وإن كان الحجز على الأرض كاملة، هل أصحاب الحصص غير المتنازع عليها يمكنهم فك الحجز عن حصصهم وبيعها أم لا؟

Claiming the share of profits after bluffing by partners
Q: I am a 50% shareholder in a DMCC company. The other shareholder is withholding company profits. They have also given themselves a large pay rise and taken money out of the company bank account. Cancellation of a purchased property SPA and refund for handover delay
Q: I purchased an off-plan apartment from a developer with payments plan 20/80. I have paid 20% so far plus 4% DLD. The developer has not given me my land registration yet. According to my SPA, the property handover is supposed to be in Q1 2020. I received a notice that the new completion date is now Q1 2021 but is doubtful. Project completion date is 46% as per the Dubai Land Department website. My question is, what action can I take to cancel my SPA and get a refund? Thanks

What to do is case of domestic violence and status of visa
Q: I`m pregnant French-Moroccan who`s facing domestic violence, still not physical but verbal and psychological abuse and assaults on a daily basis with threats. Resignation without notice after one week of service in office
Q: Hi, I joined a company one week back, and as per my employment contract, it is clearly stated that both parties can terminate this contract anytime without any notice. However, I have resigned and the company is not accepting /replying to my email, and they`re asking me to pay compensation or serve the notice period. Is there something that the company can demand? Legal assistance with filing a bounced cheque case
Q: I`m looking for a lawyer. I prefer to give an initial payment of AED 1000 and after recovery of the claim amount, then only I can pay the fees of 25000. The amount is AED 115000 for a cheque bounce case. Today the opponent got a fine only, and the next step is a civil action. The cheque was given for a vehicle I sold. This guy is a local person. Claiming penalty for delay in property handover or termination and refund
Q: I have purchased a property in a Dubai project and as per my agreement, they are supposed to give me possession by the second quarter of 2019. However, they have still not given possession and when I ask for the delay compensation of 4%, they are not responding to that. As per Dubai Real Estate Law, can I cancel the contract? I am no more interested in continuing with these guys. If I file a case in the court, will the court ask them to pay the delayed charges as well as the legal expenses? Please advise

Changing the punishment of a bounced cheque case from jail to fine
Q: I have a bounced cheque case which was filed in Bur Dubai Police Station in December 2016 for AED 80,000/-, and in 2017, the judgment was issued in absentia (One-month jail term). Please note that I have already paid AED 35,500 to the claimant in instalments even before the judgment was passed. Also, this judgment was issued prior to the implementation of the fine system for cheque value AED 200,000 and below. My question is, can I convert this judgment to a fine without me visiting the police station or will I have to serve the jail term? Kindly advise on the possibilities.
