Does a police call about bounced cheque mean that you have a travel ban?
Q: I got a message from Dubai police that the holder of the ID No. xxxxxxxxx has been circulated. The concerned person is kindly requested to refer to Muraqqabat Police Station as soon as possible. Does it mean I have a travel ban? I checked on the Dubai police app and it shows that a cheque of 60000 was bounced and the description of Crime for giving a cheque without balance in bad faith. Does it mean I have a travel ban?

A company is unresponsive after taking money to provide a Canadian residency
Q: I have applied for my Canadian residency file through a Dubai-based company. They promised me to got an offer letter from Canada and once I registered with them, they will send it to me. I paid AED 7000 and registered with them but now they did not send me anything and now they are not responding to my emails and calls. I have all emails, paid invoice receipts, and other proof available. I would like to take legal action against them. رفض العامل الاستمرار بالعمل بعد تكبد تكاليف سفره وإقامته
س: رفض العامل عمل حساب بنكي مما أثر علي في عمل حماية الأجور ويرفض توثيق العقد له ويرغب في نقل الكفالة على شخص آخر علماً أنه ذهب إجازة لمدة 7 أشهر. والآن عاد من باكستان قبل شهرين وأنا دفعت له 7000 ريال تكلفة العودة مع الحجر الصحي وخلافه. ولقد رفع دعوى علي في مكتب العمل يطلب الخروج أو نقل الكفالة. وأنا قلت له نعمل عقد لمدة سنة واحدة فقط ومن ثم يحق لك الخروج أو نقل الكفالة بعدها ولكن رفض ايضاً.

What happens to the sale of property if the transaction couldn't happen due to formalities?
Q: Dear, I signed a FORM F with an Addendum expiring on 5 September. At first me not knowing the process, I did not know that I needed to clear pending charges to sell my property. I thought I will come to an arrangement with the buyer, and he agreed to that with compensation that we manage between me and the agency. Then I went to the UAE for 3 weeks but nothing happened when I came back to France. They requested me to come back to sign the original contract because the bank could not accept the signed copy. My question is, since the original contract is rejected and we have no original but pdf signed copy, is it a valid contract? Or it`s not official unless signed on the paper original? Can I remove myself from the sale? Also, if the contract is valid then and the expiry date reaches, what is happening? Can I remove myself from the sale knowing for a fact that the NOC is pending and the contract could not be registered in the land department? Thank youSep 21, 2021
