هل يصدر حظر سفر في حالة عدم سداد قرض شخصي؟

س: السلام عليكم، تم إنهاء عقد عملي من الإمارات قبل سنة وعليّ بطاقة ائتمان بقيمة 7000 درهم وقرض شخصي ولم أستطع السداد. تواصل معي مندوب البنك بأنهم رفعوا قضية شرطة ضدي. كيف أحل المشكلة؟ أرسل لمندوب البنك لكن لا يرد. وهل يتم حظر السفر لكل البلدان أم الإمارات فقط؟ أنا حاليًا في الأردن. شكرًا!

Q: Hi I would like to ask a question. A few years ago, the United Arab Emirates decided to issue an arrest warrant and have me deported back to the United Arab Emirates. The case was taken up by the British court system, which stated that due to the fact that the United Arab Emirates has a very bad history and human rights, the British government did not send me back to the United Arab emirates. Given this fact, does that mean that I can use the United Arab Emirates as a stopover at the airport while on the transit to Pakistan from London?

إعادة تقديم المطالبات من قبل العامل لدى استئناف صاحب العمل للحكم

س: السلام عليكم، لدي قضية عمالي جزئي وتم الحكم فيها بمبلغ أكثر من 50 ألف بقليل بالرواتب المتبقية ومستحقات نهاية الخدمة وبدل شهر الإنذار وراتب الإجازة، والمحكمة لم تحكم لي في الفصل التعسفي لعدم وجود نتائج وآثار على المُدعي. دخلت في مهلة الاستئناف وقبل انتهاء المدة بثلاثة أيام، استأنفت الشركة على الحكم الصادر وقدمت مستندات أغلبها تؤكد الحكم، ولكن تم تقديم الاستئناف لتطويل مدة الدعوى. هل أستطيع إعادة المطالبة بالفصل التعسفي 3 أشهر وبدل عن غرامات تأخير الإقامة وتعويض شهرين مدة القضية؟ ولأنني لا أملك المال لتوكيل محامي فقد كتبت مذكرة على مذكرة الاستئناف، ولكن لا أعرف الصيغة القانونية لتفاصيل الوقائع والرد والجواب. شكرًا مسبقًا واعذرني على الإطالة!

Imported materials are proven to be faulty. What to do?

Q: Dear sir/madam, Any advice on this situation? We have imported materials from an international supplier (China). The materials got rejected after installation due to manufacturing defects (which is proven from a third-party report) and the supplier is not accepting their defects nor involving in resolving the issue. Q: Hello, I am 24 years old girl. I am an interior designer. It`s almost four months since I came to work in Dubai. I have two months of salary arrears and when I inquired about it, the Indian owner scolded me threateningly and told me not to bother him again. Then he told me not to come to work until his wife calls me again. Even after two weeks, I was not told to come back to the company, and when I asked about it, the owner repeatedly asked me not to ask. س: السلام عليكم، هل يجوز الاستئناف على حكم عمالي قيمة المطالبة فيه 30315 درهم وتم الحكم فيه بـ 26310 درهم؟ مع العلم أن المُدَّعَى عليها فتحت استئناف وقُبل الطلب. هل يجوز ذلك أم لا؟

Will I be able to leave the UAE if I have an active loan and credit card?

Q: I have a working visa in the UAE and I have a personal loan and a credit card with a bank (current account as a salaried employee). I am planning to leave the UAE for personal reasons but I am planning to repay the debts (I will also have business trips back to the UAE). My question is - once my visa is canceled will I have issues exiting the country due to unpaid loans? I do not have overdue payments and always pay on time.
