س: مرحبًا، لدي استفسار حول صحيفة الحالة الجنائية حيث كانت لدي قضايا شيكات قديمة قبل القانون الجديد. كما تعلمون سابقًا، كانت تفتح بلاغات بالشيكات، وبسبب ترصد كمية بلاغات شيكات، أصبحت صحيفة الحالة الجنائية كلها شيكات ارتجاع أقساط بنك، وكل شيك كان مفتوح به بلاغ منفصل عن الآخرين. لهذا أرغب في محو أثرها. الطريقة رد اعتبار، ولكن بعريضة بجميع القضايا أم كل قضية على حدة؟

A car rental company takes the deposit. What to do?

Q: Hi, Last year (07.2022) I visited Dubai and rented 5 supercars from a local rental company. I left 1500 euro (6000 UED) deposit for the cars which I never got back. The company manager claimed that I got more speeding tickets than my deposit and that I am owing him money, not he to me. I knew 99% I wasn`t speeding but to be sure, I checked all the registration plates of the cars I rented and I found out there were no speeding tickets on those cars even that month I rented them. I have sent all the copies to the rental company and explained that if they will not refund my money, I will take legal action. Later on Google reviews, I saw that there are more scammed people by the same company. They take a deposit, and later they blame them for speeding and this gives them a reason not to refund money. The amounts are not huge (6000) UED but this man must be stopped somehow. He is doing shame for all Emirates. Maybe there is a lawyer who can help me to send legal notice? My budget for this is (1000 AED).

Q: Hello, Landlord sent an eviction note by email asking to confirm it by email as well. I already confirmed by email that I received her email. It has been 12 months and she is claiming that she wants to move into the apartment.
