Legal action for commercial refund from the seller
Q: Hello, Sir/Madam Can you advise some lawyer who can help us? We need lawyer support, we have a problem with a Dubai-UAE company. We paid this company on 05 December 2016 for 1 container of cigarettes and they promised us to deliver to the UAE within 25 days. Until now, they are delaying this delivery and saying that the container has already arrived, but it is with Dubai custom and we heard those stories until now. They refunded most of the amount, but still missing near 18000$ and their last payment was in May 2018. Now they play games and always lie and answer with stories like he answered all those 2 years. حقوق الموظف في حال الاستقالة
س: السلام عليكم أعمل في شركة خاصة، ورصيد الإجازات في السنة 21 يوم حسب القانون الداخلي، ويتم توزيع الرصيد على مدار السنة / ١٢ شهر بواقع 1.75 مع كل شهر يمضي. السؤال 1، في حال تمت الاستقالة بشهر 1/2019 هل يحق لي كعامل في الشركة أخذ بدل الأيام (21 يوم) أم فقط رصيد نهاية شهر 1 (1.75 يوم)؟ السؤال ٢، إذا تم شتمي أثناء العمل من مدير شؤون الموظفين، هل يحق لي ترك العمل وما هي المده القانونية التي أستطيع أن أترك العمل خلالها؟

Q: Dear Sir, I am working for a company. They had submitted a labour contract without my knowledge. They got fake signature mentioning only 500 as a basic salary for a job of sales, while I am working as a business development executive in the company. They also charged me for the visa. I had evidence & documents to prove my claim. I am waiting for my probation period till February 2019, while I got another offer from another company. My labour contract is an unlimited term with a probation period of 6 months. Can I switch my job now or should I wait till my probation period?

Negotiation for the restructure of a loan with bank
Q: I have a personal loan at Dubai Islamic Bank. I was paying regularly but in 2016 me and my wife were having financial difficulties so I skipped 2 payments. I kept paying regularly after that and wasn`t able to catch up on that missed payment, and when my company was about to renew my visa, there was a case filed against me by the bank, so I got jailed. To to cut it short, I paid an amount that was placed on what I am assuming the security check. But until now they are still calling me and asking me to pay the remaining amount of my loan and threatening that they will file up another security check to got me jailed again. I am very concerned and stressed as I am traveling by December of this year. Kindly help please. Thanks.

Q: Hello Sir My query is I have a cheque of AED 154000 and the contract made between us for this cheque is also available. Now the person who gave me the cheque is not paying and asking for time. Should I get his cheque bounced? And if I file a civil case, how much % I have chances to get this money? He has 2 more companies which are doing quite well.
