Legal assistance with a finders fee agreement to guarantee commission
Hello,
I’m looking to enter into a "finders fee" agreement to help introduce a US fund to potential investors in this region.
I am not a licensed securities dealer would not be acting as such.
I’d like to speak to a lawyer about key legal considerations and drafting of such a contract.
Thanks

Dear,
First of all, you have to apply for a license both in the mainland or in any free zone. Considering that you will provide your services to a foreign company, a free zone company is fine.
About the license, considering that your activity will be limited to the introduction of potential investors without the collection of monies for further investment, a Business Management license is fine.
Finally, no issue about the "Introducing Fees Agreement" which I will be able to draft for you in case of formal appointment.

Best regards,
Antonio

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.
I understand that your role in the whole transaction would be to be the bridge between investors and corporate entities.
if you are not handling the finances that will be exchanged between the two parties, then you are legally settled.
I would advise that you get a watertight agreement drafted and vetted through a lawyer as this agreement will be the basis of all your finders fee claim.
You can get in touch with me on 052-9495731 or email for further discussion on this. I would be happy to provide you with a free consultation in order to close this.
I trust you will find this appropriate.
