Claiming back a personal loan given to a relative without contract
Q: Hi, I have given my relative 5,50,000/- INR (29,000 DHS) for business needs 9 months ago. First, I paid 300000 through my online bank directly to his bank account in India. Secondly, I paid 250000 through exchange directly to his bank account in India. Now, he is not giving back my money, I have the receipt only of these two payment transfers. I don`t have any agreement, contract or security cheque. My relative is here in Dubai and working. Can I go legally against him with this evidence in Dubai?

Q: I had lost my job in the UAE. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to return to India and was unable to pay my credit card dues (AED $9,700.00). It has been 4-5 years now. Q: Hi I have a question to ask you that my wife & daughter visa already cancelled last year and their last day of exit was 15/11/2018. But due to some reason, they could not leave the country. Non settlement of dues by company after arbitrary termination
Q: Assalamu Alaikum, I was transferred to India by my Dubai company on Jan 1, 2019, and was informed that my settlement would be completed prior to leaving as mentioned in their transfer letter. However, they have only given me 50% of the settlement, and have kept the salaries of Jan and Feb pending, which are yet to be paid. By the end of Feb, they suddenly sent me a termination letter and since then, I`ve been following up on my pending settlement as promised, and my pending salaries for 2 months. Reduction of payments stated in the contract by the employer
Q: Dear Sir, When I joined a company, my original contract said I was to get $17000 p.a. plus a day rate, they decided to cut my pay from $17000 to $14000 p.a. and said I’m to get 50% of my day rate. They did this without me signing anything in an agreement. Also, the contract is confusing. It states that when I’m in the base and not offshore, I’m to receive only 9 hours pro-rata of my pay and at the same time it says I’m to receive only 50% of my day rate. Understanding the rights of a husband before divorce
Q: I`m an Indian Muslim expat living and working in the UAE. My marriage was solemnized in India. We also have a two-year-old son. Due to irreconcilable differences, I have informed my wife and our families that I wish to file for divorce. My wife has a residence visa valid till May 2019 but she (and my son) have not been in the UAE since December 2018. As I live and work in the UAE, I want to file for divorce here. While my in-laws are ok with a mutual consent divorce in India, my wife will not be returning to the UAE. I would prefer to file for divorce in the UAE as I`m not familiar with the law in India. I also don`t want to deal with any potential false charges that could hamper my ability to come back to the UAE. While my in-laws have not indicated any such actions, I want to prepare for the worst-case scenario. I also would want to have legal visitation rights to him, even if he lives in India post-divorce. Can any lawyer help me understand my legal options in this case? Thanks.
