Deportation and ban in a drugs criminal case

I'm deported for a drug smoking or drug-using case and my judgement is DEPORTATION only. Please give me an advice regarding this, if I am banned or no.

And if I am banned, how can I remove it? What is the procedure of this? How do I make a request to the public prosecutor?

Once you are deported, you are banned.

Regarding the procedures of deportation, you need to authorize an attorney who can accelerate your procedures before you go for deportation.

If the judgment is not final, you can appeal it.

Hi Sir,

I am already in the Philippines after my judgement has been released from the court. after 1 week, they send me to my country.

An officer told me that it was a 1-year ban for drug-using. They did not get any actual drugs from my hand but they make Urine test that came positive.

That's why the judge sent me in Al Wathba but it is only a positive urine test.

Can you advise me, sir, if it is true: only one-year ban? Or if I'm banned, then how can I make a request to the court?

is it possible to lift the ban?
