When to leave work after submitting a notice of non-renewal of an unlimited contract?

Q: My contract is an unlimited contract. I have been working for the company for 8 years till this coming December 23, 2021. I have just passed my notice through email last November 20, 2021. I am not seeking to renew my contract anymore. My visa will expire on January 29, 2022. Since I have passed my notice last November 20, 2021, can I stop working with them on December 20, 2021?

Issuing a work ban against an employee due to joining another company?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I have been working as an accountant in a private company since October 30, 2019. The company visa was issued on 20th March 2020 and I had a 2-year unlimited contract. My visa will expire on 20th March 2022. I got a new job offer and they asked me to join after 18 days and accordingly, I submitted 18 days notice period and on November 1, 2021, I signed the offer letter of the new company. The resignation was submitted via email on November 2 and a hard copy was also submitted to HR. On November 6, my company owner called me and told me that I would not be allowed to go and if I am trying to go, he will ban me for 5 years.

I just finished my 2 years` limited contract this month and they renewed my contract and gave me a vacation date from February to April. Q: Dear Sir/Madam, An RDC judgment of Aed100500/- was issued against me in Dubai. They did the evictìon in my absence. I defaulted on rental cheques due to having no salary for a long time I was in India for 3 months to settle my family. The firm is in Dubai. No official information was given to me for any activities at any time. I got all information and judgments unofficially. I am coming back to Dubai on the 2nd of December. The judgment was issued on the 14th of October and the eviction is being processed today as per unofficial information. Would I face any problem at the airport on arrival? Please give me an advice! Q: Hello Team I have an absconding case on which I have already managed with my sponsor due to not leaving the country, however, they have requested to pay them a penalty to remove the case which I did but now I have overstay fines. So I went to them again after paying the fines for removing the absconding as they have advised me to proceed with removing the absconding case that I will have to clear my overstay fines first. So they gave me a copy of the NOC that there is no objection in removing the absconding from immigration and applying for a waiver. My question is, will my petition to discount waiver be accepted even though I do have an absconding case on me and will this NOC work or not? I also have several reasons for overstaying as there weren’t flights back then when Covid was at the high peak and I had my passport getting renewed which I also have a letter from the embassy stating that.

Using an old security cheque against a loan after issuing a new payment plan

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have a loan from a bank that has 2 EMIs/payments pending. For that, they have already presented the security cheque (100K) and a case is already filed at Al Barsha police station. Now they are threatening to drop another cheque for (189K) under the same loan and file a civil case. They are holding all my previous cheques and did not return them while a new payment plan was issued. Is it right for a bank to drop as many security cheques against one product/loan?
