Will it be safe to travel to Dubai with an unpaid bank loan in Qatar?

I left Qatar in 2013 with a small unpaid bank loan due to the fact that I lost my job, But now I have been offered a job in Dubai.

So my question is will it be safe to travel to Dubai with an unpaid bank loan in Qatar?

What is the 1% as I don’t want to take any risk?

It’s going to be a great risk for me as I have a family to support and if I was to be arrested and deported to Qatar, it would be a nightmare.
