Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I want to know as per the new cheque bounce law, what is the time limit to file execution, 3 years or 5 years? I have bounced a cheque for 17000 in April 2017 and I filed a criminal case and he paid the fine. Now, after 5 years, can I open execution on him? Regards

How to refund my money from an immigration agency for breach?
Q: Hi all, An immigration consultancy cheated me in the UAE. They told me that within 6 months I would be in Canada with my family, and for that, they charged me AED 13800. Eight years have gone and there are no results, and they neither answer my phone nor return my money. Now I saw in the contract that they gave me to sign that all payments made are non-refundable. They have committed fraud, they did not provide any service to me nor they informed me that the payment that I made is nonrefundable. They first took the money then they gave me the contract to sign. I was guarantor for a case since 2017 and I need to lift my travel ban
Q: Hi, please help. I was a sponsor/guarantor for a case in 2017. I have a court order to not exit the country. I need to travel to my home country on an urgent basis. 2 thirds of the pending payments have already been cleared. I just need to go home for a certain amount of time and return. Q: Hi. I want to know if an employee doesn`t complete the labor contract and leaves the job, what obligations he would have? Because employees are leaving the jobs just paying 1-month salary and don`t get bothered by this.
