Or she must file for divorce only as per Sharia law?

Islamic marriages are conducted in accordance with Islamic law.

Islamic Shariah/UAE laws apply to the divorce of Muslim husband and wife residing in the UAE.

The same applies if the husband is a Muslim and the wife is not a Muslim.
