Credit card debts
Q: I had a difficult financial situation last year, so I stopped paying on credit cards to the bank. As a result, I started receiving calls from the bank`s collectors. To avoid their pressure I ignored that calls and eventually I changed my number. Now, after one year, my situation became more stable, I`ve got a new job and I am ready to pay the debts. But I would like to know: if the bank has already filed the case against me, would it work if I`ll try to settle my debt after one year or I should still go to prison for the delay?

Q: Recently, there was a change in the management of our company and my new manager didn`t like the way I look. He told me about it and warned me that next time I will be fined. After a week or so, I received a notice that I`m fined of AED 500 for the unprofessional appearance. I work for the company for a long time and I`ve never had such a kind of complaints before. Q: In September I moved from my apartment and as I have a contract with Etisalat I called them to ask if I can move my connection to other address. I have been told that this area is coved by Du so I have been suggested to close my account, which I did.
