Checking a possible case after leaving the UAE with credit card dues

Dear Sir,

My name is James Joseph and I wish to check if any case is registered against me in the UAE for not paying the credit card amount of AED 5000/-.

Please, if possible let me know the procedures for how to check the same.

Currently, I am residing outside the UAE and had worked in the UAE for the period from July 2005 - April 2008.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your kind detailed reply, but I already contacted the bank for the dues pending and got a reply mail like, as of now the total outstanding is Dhs 7000/- and got an option to clear the one-time settlement with Dhs 4000/-.

The scenario that I need to know is, whether any police case is registered under my name for the non-payment of debts since 2008, which I am really worried about because am going to apply for a PCC for my future plans.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the advise, but you need the passport copy front and back pages only or you need all the stamped visa pages for checking the same.

Also, if possible in the service fee, could you please consider some reduction as AED 1000 is on the higher side for me to pay in one short.

Please consider as a request and help to overcome the issues.
