How to appeal judgement against a company in the absence of the owner
Q: One of our employees has filed a labour case against our company in the absence of the owner. The owner is in India since March and at present, he is tested corona positive. How to settle a bank debt in the UAE to return on employment visa
Q: Hello there, Need urgent advice, please. I have defaulted on my credit card in Dubai for AED 250K almost since 2019. I`m out of the country since then. The right to claim money from salon after bad hair treatment
Q: I had a keratin treatment on December 31 and after a day I complained as they have damaged my hair. They advised me to blow dry my hair every after the shower. I tried it for a few days until I got tired and it isn`t supposed to be this way, so I went back to the salon and talked to the owner. She claimed that it`s their mistake and advised me to give my hair a rest for 2 weeks so they can do the same treatment again. I agreed. However, I am hesitant that my hair might be more damaged as it is already brittle and crumbled. It`s totally destroyed. I have another week to do the same procedure again.
