Resignation and visa cancellation in Dubai while delegated to another country

Q: Hi, I was employed in a free zone in Dubai but worked in Saudi Arabia on a business visa. Can I ask for any compensation for it if there is nothing related to this in contract? Also, I resigned and served the notice period in Saudi Arabia only and then the company sent me back to the UAE for visa cancellation process as I need to take the final exit. In this case, am I eligible to get the salary until my visa get cancelled or just the for the notice period? Because after the notice period is over I did not work and being an expatriate I have over expenses because of this delay. Thanks

س: أنا طبيبة أسنان فُصلت من العمل. رغب صاحب العمل في أن يدفع لي بدل شهر واحد لكن عقدنا ينص على مهلة 3 أشهر. أخبرته أنني أرفض تعويض الشهر وأنني مستعدة للدوام لمدة 3 أشهر حسب العقد. لا حاجة للعيادة لدوامي مع المرضى لأن الطبيب البديل موجود. طلبوا مني الدوام 3 أشهر بمهام مكتبية حتى يجبروني على التخلي عن حقوقي، بحكم أن عقد العمل بيننا ينص على أن المُسمَّى الوظيفي لي "مساعد مدير". هل يحق هذا لصاحب العمل؟ هذا مع العلم أنه توجد إثباتات أن طبيعة العمل لدي كانت أخصائية تقويم أسنان، وأن لدي رخصة من هيئة الصحة تدل على أنني مُرخَّصَة في هذه العيادة بالتحديد؟ أم أن الذي يحكمني هنا هو فقط عقد العمل والمسمَّى الوظيفي فيه؟

Q: Dear Madam, I have a labour case with my previous employer (private company). It started approx 10 months back and court judgement came in favour of me. I am following up with the execution court to get my money. As advised by them, a request was submitted to block the company trade license, letter to banks where the company holds an account was sent in order to transfer money to the court. Question 1) How long will the procedure take to get my money? (Please note that its a private company and they are still working) Question 2) Meanwhile I got an information that they are fabricating a false case against me to counter this stating that I didn`t do my job properly and made a mistake that caused damages to the company. Will the court accept such cases? And what action shall I take in such case? Your response will be highly appreciated.

Q: Dubai Court of Execution ordered me to return a cheque. This cheque was issued in a civil transaction that is already annulled. Also, the cheque is already expired. But Court of Execution gave a Travel Ban against me until I return this cheque. Q: Hi. I have a statement from the Dubai Health Authority stating there has been malpractice in my case with my plastic surgeon and I have the right to be compensated. I had filed a maintenance and domestic violence case against him here in India after he physically abused me and later refused to keep me with him.
