حقوق الموظف عند إنهاء خدماته ودخوله إلى إيميلات الموظفين

س: السلام عليكم أخي يعطيك العافية، كنت أعمل في شركة خاصة وطبعًا الشركة توفر إيميلات تخص الشركة لجميع الموظفين في الشركة بأسماء الموظفين. باعتباري موظفًا بالشركة، دخلت على إيميلات زملائي بالشركة؛ ولكن دخلت بطريقة نظامية بدون اختراق وذلك عن طريق الباسورد الذي حصلت عليه من أحد الموظفين الذي يعمل في الشركة مديرًا ماليًا. الآن إدارة الشركة تريد أن ترفع قضية اختراق إيميلات ضدي بسبب أنهم دخلوا جميع إيميلات الموظفين ووجدوا أن الآيبان الخاص بهاتفي المحمول قد دخل إلى ثلاثة إيميلات من إيميلات الموظفين. علمًا بأن باسورد الإيميلات الأخرى كان موجودًا على إيميل المدير المالي الذي أعطاني باسورد إيميله مسبقًا والآن ينكر أنه أعطاني إياه. هل هذا يجرمني بشيء؟ علمًا بأنه كما ذكرت سابقًا، فإنني لم أخترق وإنما دخلت بطريقة نظامية. الشيء الآخر أنه تم إعطائي إنهاء خدمات منذ شهر ولم يعطوني مستحقاتي إلى الآن. قدمت شكوى منذ يومين ضدهم في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين. هل يمكنني إذا رفعوا قضية ضدي أن أقول بأنها دعوى كيدية وأرفع قضية مدنية ضدهم بطلب التعويضات لما سببوه لي من أضرار مادية ونفسية؟

Q: Hi, In our organization, one of our blue-collar workers who was under the influence of alcohol in our labor camps (Sharjah) fell from his bed and became unconscious. He was moved to a non-network hospital by ambulance due to the non-availability of space in the government hospital. The insurance company has also advised that since this an alcoholism-related case, it is not covered by insurance. For several months, his condition has not changed and the amount accumulated due to hospital bills is significant. My query is if the employee causes injury to himself and that act is not covered by insurance, is the employer/sponsor legally liable to foot the bill or it is primarily the employee`s liability?

Is the tenant liable for paying maintenance charges before vacating the villa?

Q: I am unable to get the security deposit refund from the landlord. I was told that they will deduct 4000 AED for painting charges for the villa and around 1300 AED for curtain removal. I stayed for 2.5 years. The landlord has never told me that they will deduct such a huge amount for painting. The condition of the villa, from a painting perspective, looks fine except few holes on the wall for the hanging of painting/smart tv, etc. Am I liable to pay for the painting?
