Q: We have established a trade license in Abu Dhabi. The owner is from Lebanon and the sponsor is from the UAE. For more than 6 months this sponsor is not in contact. We called him and tried to approach him but no answer at all. We don`t know where he is and what to do. We just want to remove him from our trade license through the court. Q: Dear sir/madam, I have registered a case in the labor court (for settlement payment & cancellation delays). I got a date for the hearing by email along with the ``Case Summary`` sheet which mentions the case number, the date of hearing & some details of the case. Is this document sufficient for applying for a temporary work permit? Or is there any other document like an ``NOC`` from the court that is required for me to take up temporary work?
