Can an Indian man in Dubai be prosecuted for polygamy?

Q: As-salamu alaykum, I am an Indian living in Dubai and I want to marry an Ethiopian woman who lives in her country. I would like to marry her as my second wife without the permission of my first wife, who lives in India. Polygamy is illegal under Indian law, so I am wondering if I would be prosecuted by the law in India or the UAE if my first wife files a complaint about this issue.

Can the employer ask me to pay visa cost in case of resignation?

Q: I have completed 11 months in my current company including 1 month notice period. I have also completed my probation period. Now I have resigned from my company serving 30 day`s notice period as mentioned in the contract. Can the employer ask to pay for visa compensation? Is there any such rule?

Q: Good Day, I am a single mother of a 5-year-old living in Dubai. The father and I have never been married, but I would like to file for sole custody and child support on the grounds that: 1. He only sees his child one weekend every two weeks. 2. He constantly drops off his child and refuses to pick him up, even if he hasn`t seen him in a while. 3. He has never paid child support. 4. He threatens the mother (me) constantly. 5. He threatens to leave the country. 6. He recently put a tracker in my son`s bag without anyone`s knowledge to find out where we live and invade our privacy. (A case was filed with the Dubai Police).

What can I do if my tenant refused the rent increase as per DLD valuation?

Q: I am a landlord and trying to increase the villa rent in accordance with the DLD rent evaluation certificate basis. 90 days before the current lease expires, I sent the tenant a registered mail and email along with a rental evaluation certificate asking to increase the rent as per DLD valuation. The evaluation certificate showed an increase of 40% in the current rent. My tenant refused the rent increase according to the DLD evaluation certificate and he told me by phone about 30 days before the end of the rent contract that he will deposit the rent with RERA without any increase in the rent. What are my options?
