Can I take my 30 days of annual leave during my notice period?

I am going to complete my 3 years of contract on November 10.
I don't want to renew my contract, so I am going to give a non-renewal notice to my company on August 10 as a 3-month notice period.
During this time, can I take my annual leave of 30 days, which I still have?
