الغرامة التي يدفعها الموظف بسبب إنهاء عقد محدد المدة قبل انتهاء مدته
مرحبًا،
أود أن أعرف قيمة الجزاء الذي يجب على عامل عندي دفعه بسبب إنهاء عقده محدد المدة قبل انتهاء مدته بشهر واحد فقط.

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.
I understand that the employee has prematurely terminated a limited contract and you intend on penalising the employee for this.
The Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 does deal with such a situation in Article 116 wherein it stipulates that "the worker shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the employer sustains provided that compensation amount shall not be more than 45 days of basic salary or for the contract remaining period, whichever is shorter".
In your case, the 45 days won't be applicable as only one month is remaining i.e. 30 days.
You can penalise the employee for compensation amount for half of the 30 days of basic salary.
