Only recently I’ve found this not to be, they have moved the liability around. I am working in the US and need to travel to Dubai in a change-over stop. I lived there for 8 years. I got to know about it when I checked online on the system; it also mentioned the station in which it has been registered. But from a couple of months, it is not showing online.
