Rights of the employee in verbal termination of employment contract
What are the benefits or compensation for an employee in case of a verbal termination by the employer?

As per the labour law, the termination can happen in both ways depending on the nature of contract - for example, Limited or Unlimited contract.
Normally, there is no concept of verbal termination.
It has to be written either for a specified period like 30 days or 60 days notice or if termination is for gross misconduct as specified in Article 120, then no notice is required.
