How long should I wait before the labor enforcement releases the judgment amount paid by my employer?
This is regarding my case in Abu Dhabi Labor Enforcement. My previous employer deposited the amount, and the IBAN was approved last month on 21 March 2025. Until now, I have not received my money into my account.
Today I just received an email from Abu Dhabi Enforcement Labor that (Payment withdrawal Request is approved by Judge with Amount .... AED).
Could you please tell me what this email means?
Are they going to process payment into my account or something else?
As I am tense, I hope everything will be fine.
According to UAE law, the judge's approval of the payment withdrawal request means the legal process is complete, and the transfer to your bank account is now in progress.
It may take a few working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
