Employee status if the contract doesn't state the probation period
What if the probation period wasn't stated in my contract?

The probation period must be expressly agreed in the contract of employment (up to a maximum of three (3) months).
If the probation period is not stated in the contract of employment, then there is no probation period (Article (21)(a) of the Labour Law for the Private Sector).
