Temporary work permit and cancellation of existing visa
I have a labour case in Dubai Courts. The court already issued a judgment that the employer has to pay me, but the company has already closed.
My visa will expire next week and I need to cancel it because I have a job offer letter from another company and got a temporary work permit also.
Please, help me. How can I cancel my visa and labour contract so that I am able to join another company?

Since you have already been granted with a temporary work permit, you may approach the Ministry of Human Resources and Emirtisation and cancel the existing work permit.
Then later approach the office of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs for the cancellation of residence visa based on the cancellation of work permit.
