Questions & Answers
What documents should I prepare for an alcohol case review at the Forensic Evidence Department?
Dear Lawyers,
What documents are needed before going to the Forensic Evidence Department?
I have a case from back in 2019 related to alcohol, and the MOI directed me to the Forensic Department to review it with a third party.
Please advise.
Thanks!
Hello, dear questioner!
Criminal evidence will take your statements first. Investigations do not require documents, but you do need a lawyer because you could be imprisoned.
After that, you will submit a bail application and follow up on the procedures until the case is closed, but we want a better explanation of the matter.
