Q: I am working for my present company without signing any contract with the company. I'm working in this company for more than 2 months. And they applied for my visa only this month October 9, 2017. I really don't know if I'm under probation during that 2 months that I'm working in this company. And I want to leave this work for some reason. Is there anything I can do legally about it? Q: Hi, I'm working in Bahrain, I already submitted my resignation & was accepted by my employer. However, my employer declined to provide my one-way ticket to my home country due to the fact that I was locally hired. Kindly advise if the company is obliged to pay to the employee the cost of the air ticket back to my home country upon my resignation.
