How to draft a perfect termination letter
Does the termination letter necessarily contain the reason why they are terminating an employee?
Our termination letter does not include the main reason, it is just stating that "we made a decision to terminate you according to Article 120".
Dear Questioner,
It is better to mention under which sub clause under Art. 120. Please note that, certain sub clauses require a written warning or prior investigation.
If you issue a termination letter as you mentioned above, the employee will have a chance to dispute it.
I would recommend the termination letter shall point out the exact reason and also shall follow the procedures laid by law.
